  • Zoom Account Required: You must have a Zoom account. If you don’t have one, you can register for free HERE.
  • Use the Same Email: Register for the symposium using the same email address you use to log in to Zoom. Be sure to use this email consistently throughout the event, including for evaluations.
  • Attendance Verification: You’ll be required to acknowledge attendance polls during each lecture to receive credit.
  • There is a $25.00 administrative fee for all registration adjustments.
  • All adjustments must be made by Thursday, April 2, 2026.
  • There will be no refunds if switching from virtual to in-person.

  • All refund request must be submitted by Friday, March 13, 2026.
  • If your cancellation is approved, a $25.00 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • A receipt will be sent to the email address provided on your registration within 3 business days of your registration.

Attendance & Continuing Education Credit

  • All participants must have a record of attendance AND submit an attestation and evaluation for each lecture attended.
  • In-person attendees must sign-in each day.
  • Virtual attendees must verify their attendance during each lecture by clicking on the pop-up attendance poll. Attendance polls will open thirty minutes after the schedules start time of each lecture and will be available for five minutes.
  • Evaluations will be submitted using an online platform.
  • Evaluations will open at the scheduled end time of each lecture. Evaluations will be open until Friday, April 23, 2026.
  • Please email Adrienne Kingsley at AKingsley@osteopathicfounders.org to confirm the number of evaluations submitted.
  • You will receive an email at the conclusion of each day with the number of evaluations you’ve submitted.
  • If there are missing evaluations, you will also receive an email in the weeks following the Symposium with the missing information.
  • The Osteopathic Founders Foundation will report CME credits to the AOA for all osteopathic physicians and to the OSBOE for all Oklahoma licensed osteopathic physicians.
  • All other healthcare providers will be responsible for submitting their hours to their own licensing board.
  • Certificates will be sent to the email address provided in your registration by Friday, May 1, 2026 OR once we receive all evaluations.
  • The Osteopathic Founders Foundation (OFF) will submit CME hours for all osteopathic physicians to the AOA by Monday, May 4, 2026.
  • OFF will submit proper prescribing credits on behalf of Oklahoma licensed DO’s to the OSBOE through CE Broker.
  • Dr. Scott Anthony’s lecture, “Appropriate Management of Opioid Therapy,” meets the annual licensure renewal requirement for one (1) hour of education in pain management or one (1) hour of education in opioid use or addiction for the Oklahoma State Board of Osteopathic Examiners and the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as is set forth in SB 848 & 1446.
  • This lecture is scheduled for Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 4:45pm.

Schedule

  • Lectures are planned each day starting at 7:30am and ending no later than 5:45pm. Plenty of breaks will be provided.
  • For in-person attendees, meals and snacks will be provided, so you will not need to leave campus.
  • Sip & Stroll is the 2026 Internal Medicine Senior Resident Capstone Poster Presentations. Everyone is invited to view the posters while enjoying light food and drink. (no CME credit)

Speakers & Presentations

  • Yes. If a speaker has given us permission, we will upload their presentation to the website and the app the week of the event.
  • No. You must download and print the presentations yourself.
  • Yes. If a speaker has given us permission, will upload their lecture to our YouTube channel by June 22, 2026.

Virtual Attendees

  • It is recommended to use the email address you used to login to Zoom throughout your participation, including the evaluations.
  • Everything will be tracked through that single email address.
  • The Zoom registration link will be sent to all virtual attendees no later than Wednesday, April 8, 2026.
  • Once you submit the Zoom registration (input your first name, last name, and email address), you will receive the webinar link from no-reply@zoom.us email.
  • Remember, register with the same email you use to login into Zoom.
  • Step 1: Register With Zoom Early – Click the Zoom registration link as soon as you receive it. If needed, reset your password during registration and check for any updates. Be sure to register on Zoom using your name and the same email address you use to log in. The webinar link will be sent from no-reply@zoom.us.
  • Step 2: Log In Early – Log in at least 15 minutes before the start of the lectures to confirm your Zoom account is active, your password works, and your software is up to date. If prompted, allow Zoom to update before joining.
  • Step 3: If Problems Continue – A virtual help page will be available the week of the event, including a contact person for questions. Please note, this individual is not an IT professional. Participants are responsible for resolving their own device or software issues.
  • Refunds will not be issued for technical difficulties that prevent participation on the day of the event.
  • Questions will need to be submitted in the Q&A section of Zoom. Questions submitted in the Chat section will not be acknowledged during the lectures.
  • The chat is reserved for networking and peer-to-peer conversations.
  • Virtual attendees must verify their attendance during each lecture by clicking on the pop-up attendance poll.

In-Person Attendees

  • The rate is $358.00 + tax for two nights or $179 + tax for one night in either a Westsider, Buena Vista or Crybaby room.
  • This rate is available for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night, but you must make your reservation before Thursday, March 20, 2026.
  • The Symposium will take place in the AR & MaryLouise Tandy Medical Academic Building which is part of the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences (1633 Southwest Blvd | Tulsa, OK 74107).
  • Lectures will take place in Room 411 on the 4th floor.
  • Exhibitors, snacks, and meals will be in the Conference Center, located just across the hall from the lecture room.
  • Parking will be available in the garage attached to the AR & Mary Louise Tandy Medical Academic Building.
  • You may click HERE for a campus map and directions to campus.
  • You are also welcome to park in the lots labeled “Visitor Parking” or the “East Lot.”
  • Regardless of where you park, you must access the building from the main entrance (first floor) located on the South side of the building.
  • Once inside the building, you will be able to exit to the parking garage on the floor you parked on.

  • Some exhibitors will be available on Friday only, and a few may depart early on Saturday.
  • A list indicating which exhibitors will be present on Friday only and which will be there both days will be included in your symposium materials at check-in.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee any last-minute changes to exhibitor schedules. Since all lines on your Exhibitor Card must be filled with exhibitor stickers to qualify for the drawing, we encourage you to visit exhibitors early to ensure your card is complete.
