It is recommended to use the email address you use to login to Zoom to register for the symposium. Use this same email address throughout your participation, including the evaluations.

You will be required to acknowledge attendance polls during each lecture.

There is a $25.00 administrative fee for all registration adjustments

All adjustments must be made by Thursday, March 28th

There will be no refunds if switching from virtual to in-person

No. Your registration attendance selection is for both days.

Refunds must be requested in writing to Kathy.Cook@okstate.edu.

All refund request must be submitted by Friday, March 8, 2024.

If your cancellation is approved, a $25.00 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.

A receipt will be sent to the email address provided on your registration within 3 business days of your registration. However, if you need a copy of that receipt at any time, please contact Michele Caine at MCaine@OsteopathicFounders.org.

Attendance & Continuing Education Credit

All participants must have a record of attendance AND submit an attestation and evaluation for each lecture attended.

In-person attendees must sign-in each day.

Virtual attendees must verify their attendance during each lecture by clicking on the pop-up attendance poll. Attendance polls will open thirty minutes after the schedules start time of each lecture and will be available for five minutes.

Evaluations will be submitted using an online platform.

In-person attendees: Please visit with the representatives at the check-in table.

Virtual attendees: Please email AKingsley@osteopathicfounders.org.

Evaluations will open at the scheduled end time of each lecture. Evaluations will be open until Friday, April 19, 2024.

Please email Adrienne Kingsley at AKingsley@osteopathicfounders.org to confirm the number of evaluations submitted.

You will receive an email at the conclusion of each day with the number of evaluations you’ve submitted.

If there are missing evaluations, you will also receive an email in the weeks following the Symposium with the missing information.

The Osteopathic Founders Foundation will report CME credits to the AOA for osteopathic physicians.

All other healthcare providers will be responsible for submitting their hours to their own licensing board.

Certificates will be sent to the email address provided in your registration by Friday, April 19, 2024 OR once we receive all evaluations.

CME hours for all osteopathic physicians will be submitted to the AOA by Friday, April 26, 2024. DO’s will be responsible for self-reporting proper prescribing credit to the OSBOE.

Dr. Lowell Robertson’s lecture, “The Opiate Crisis in Oklahoma,” will be submitted to OSBOE for approval. This lecture is scheduled for Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 4:30pm.

Lectures are planned each day starting at 7:30am and ending no later than 5:30pm. Plenty of breaks will be provided. For in-person attendees, meals and snacks will be provided, so you will not need to leave campus.

We will be providing campus tours after the conclusion of Friday’s last lecture of the day. After which, we will provide light refreshments.

Virtual Attendees

The Zoom registration link will be sent to all virtual attendees no later than Wednesday, April 3, 2024.

Once you submit the Zoom registration (input your first name, last name, and email address), you will receive the webinar link from no-reply@zoom.us email. Remember, register with the same email you use to login into Zoom.

First, we recommend clicking on the Zoom registration link when you receive it. If necessary, you can reset your password at that time. Register on Zoom with your name and email address. Remember, use the email address you use to login in to Zoom. You will receive the webinar link from no-reply@zoom.us.

Second, we recommend you log in at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the lectures to ensure your Zoom is active, your password is correct, and Zoom is up-to-date. If necessary, use the prompts to update your Zoom when you login.

Lastly, if you are still having issues with Zoom, we will have a virtual help page posted the week of the event. There will be a contact person to answer any questions. Please note, this person will NOT be an IT professional. Any issues with your computer and/or software are the owner’s responsibility. Refunds will not be offered for issues preventing participation the day of the event.

Questions will need to be submitted in the Q&A section of Zoom. Questions submitted in the Chat section will not be acknowledged during the lectures.

The chat is reserved for networking and peer-to-peer conversations.

In-Person Attendees

A special symposium rate has been setup with the Courtyard by Marriott Tulsa Downtown. Click HERE or call (918) 508-7400 and reference the STBC rate code. The rate is available for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night, but you must make your reservation before Thursday, March 14, 2024.

The rate should be $129.00 for a standard king room OR $139.00 for a standard two queen room.

The Symposium will take place in the AR & MaryLouise Tandy Medical Academic Building which is part of the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences (1633 Southwest Blvd | Tulsa, OK 74107).

Lectures will take place in Room 411 on the 4th floor. Exhibitors, snacks, and meals will be in the Conference Center, located just across the hall from the lecture room.

Parking will be available in the garage attached to the AR & Mary Louise Tandy Medical Academic Building. A map will be emailed the week of the Symposium. Or you can click HERE for directions.

You are also welcome to park in the lots labeled “Visitor Parking” or the “East Lot.”

Regardless of where you park, you must access the building from the main entrance located on the South side of the building.

Sign-in and breakfast will be available each day starting at 7:00am.

Some exhibitors will leave early. However, all lines on the Exhibitor Card must be filled with an exhibitor signature, sticker, or stamp. Therefore, we encourage participants to get their cards filled early to be eligible for the drawing.
